I am very excited to introduce you to a wonderful person, Tori Evans. Originally from Woodbridge, VA, the anthropology enthusiast has been living abroad (In Alexandria, Cairo, Paris, and Phnom Penh) since 2009. I met Tori this summer when I got a tour form her at her work, the Phnom Tamao Wildlife Rescue Center in Cambodia. Her knowledge about the complexities of Cambodian life made me eager to get the chance to talk to her. In this two-part interview, Tori gives great insight what it’s like being a foreigner in both Egypt and Cambodia. Enjoy!
